Hi Ana, it has me wondering how they would hold up against the pastry cutouts because of their syrupy texture. You can still use them but not in the way the fresh peaches are layered out in this recipe. Slice the canned peaches over the jam and crumble the remaining dough over the peaches, then proceed with baking as states in the recipe.
