					<description><![CDATA[They sound wonderful and I plan on baking them.  I assume a 350 degree preheated oven.  Did I miss that?  In the US we have a soft  Winter wheat we use for baking biscuits, muffins, cakes etc.  I am not sure of the protein level. I will experiment first with it then maybe a combination of it and bread flour for the high protein.  I love your site; so pleased to have found you.]]></description>
