The pesto is definitely a wonderful alternative to using the kale in salads and truly versatile. It’s also delicious on pizza and freezes well. I’m sure you’ll find other delicious ways to enjoy it Denise!

This sounds wonderful, Marisa! I have never thought of using kale in a pesto and I like your tip on combining it with other soft herbs and leaves. I am going to try this !
