Hi Deborah, first, thank you so much for the compliment. You&#039;ll find the taste far more wonderful than its presentation. Secondly, I&#039;ve never tried it with puff pastry so I could not say for sure. If you want to try with the puff pastry and you see it starts to darken to much, you can aways cover it with aluminum foil to finish baking. All the best!]]></description>
