Just made these for the first time. They are as good as our local Italian market! I’m not a baker, but I love these so much I had to try. Perfect balance of sweet and savory. The dough was so sticky and loose I was afraid I did something wrong, but they’re perfect! Thank you!

Hi Maria, I always have a bottle in my pantry as I love baking with it, although a little goes a long way! You can omit it altogether or replace it with some orange juice if you like. Enjoy!
