I’m intrigued with the crushed cashews and nutritional yeast as a sub for Parmesan! What ratio of cashews to nutritional yeast do you use? I’d love to try it!

Very underrated recipe. Small, simple, natural ingredient list. Easy and quick to make, delicious with the broccoli-asparagus combo. Only variation I did was to substitute vegan “parmesan” (really just crushed cashews and nutritional yeast). Excellent recipe, thank you.
