Apologies for late reply Liz. I couldn&#039;t say for sure because I&#039;ve never tried assembling sweet bread the night before. But if you want to try I would assemble it the night before and refrigerate before the second rise. Then in the morning bring to room temperature for one hour and bake. Hope this helps.]]></description>
